Aliza Vellani bio
Aliza Vellani (born in British Columbia) is a Canadian TV and film actress. Vellani was most famous for her role as Rani Singh in Netflix's series Sweet Tooth. Aliza is an actress from Vancouver with over ten years of experience both in Canada and the United States. Vellani's credits include her work on the hit show Little Mosque on the Prairie (CBC) The X-Files'(FOX) and Marvel's Super Hero Adventures (Disney+). Nora Allen is the daughter of Barry Allen and Iris West Allen. The couple was married at Central City between 2019-2024. Nora Allen is named for her maternal grandmother who died in 2024. Barry went missing in 2024 while combating Reverse-Flash and was never seen again. Nora was raised by Nora's mother. Vellani's parents were Indians who left for East Africa. She was born in Vancouver. While attending York House School, she began training early. Vellani was honored with the BC as well as the National Istar Awards in 2007 as well as 2008. Vellani's studies continued after graduation in singing, dancing and acting. The mid-season finale of The Flash showed that Nora was in league along with Eobard Thayne, also called the Reverse Flash on their mother's back. Vellani originally planned to pursue a degree in integrated media at OCAD, but she opted to delay her studies to take on the role. Marvel was her first university experience. The rest of her crew moved in to an Atlanta residence.
